  1. WinCLI is a Windows 3.0 program that creates a DOS like prompt from
  2. which you can launch DOS & Windows (!!!) programs.  Of course like
  3. all good prompts you can also copy, delete, rename, files and more!
  4. WinCLI is only 35Kb and since you can run multiple windows you'll
  5. hardly waste any memory, something DOS prompts love to do!  WinCLI
  6. works in all modes so a 286 can also run a prompt in a window, no
  7. more full screen DOS!

  11. Version 1.20 corrects a problem caused by my leaving the
  12. program execution code in comments!  Sorry all!

  14. Version 1.10 corrects a few bugs and adds a variety of features,
  15. including the ability to change fonts & colors.  The help system
  16. has also been improved.  WinCLI is now over 50% smaller and only
  17. loads in whatever code it needs.
